Parents are sdvised that all children’s absences from school should be explained by sending a note to the class teacher (do not write a note in the homework diary).
When it is necessary for a pupil to leave school early, a note must be sent to the class teacher. Parents/Guardians are asked to call to the school secretary who will in turn collect the child from the classroom. It is discouraged to call for children 10-15 minutes before the end of the school day when homework etc. is being organised.
All visitors to the school, including parents are asked to enter by the main door/reception area. Do not go directly to any of the classrooms at the rear of the school.
